Das Elements ist gleichzeitig das Restaurant des Pullman Arcadia, indem das morgendliche Frühstücks-Buffet stattfindet.

Das Frühstück hier ist unglaublich reichhaltig – es gibt neben den Klassikern wie Amercian- oder English Breakfast nahezu jede Zubereitungsart an Eiern, es gibt Salate, Sushi, Fisch & Lachs, viele Thailändische Gerichte, täglich einen frischen Schinken aus dem Ofen, eine große Auswahl an Brot aus eigener Produktion, süße Patisserie, Früchte, u.v.m..

Die Leitung der Küche hat hier Chef Sorn inne, ein Thailänder mit internationaler Erfahrung und ein echtes Allround-Talent. Er zeichnet verantwortlich für all die Leckerbissen die das Elements zu bieten hat. Die thailändischen Gerichte im Elements sind authentisch, optische Highlights und schmeckten durchweg fantastisch.

Im à la carte Betrieb bietet das Elements sowohl Thailändische Küche als auch einige westliche Speisen wie beispielsweise Spare Ribs, Cesar Salad, Burger, Sandwiches und vieles mehr. Hinzukommen neben der Zulieferung für den Room Service viele verschiedene Themenabende wie z.B. das Seafood BBQ, oder ein besonderes Thai-Dinner.

Außerdem zaubert das Team des Elements die Süßspeisen für alle Restaurants und Events im Arcadia – sprich auch all die kleinen Schoko Aufmerksamkeiten, die als Überraschung für die Gäste auf den Zimmern warten, kommen aus der Küche des Elements.

Da auch ich hier jeden Morgen das Frühstück einnehme, kann dieses Restaurant – für mich zumindest – nicht mit einer besonderen Atmosphäre aufwarten. Was jedoch durch den freundlichen und professionellen Service der vielen fleißigen Mitarbeiter und die Leckeren Speisen in den Hintergrund rückt.

Die Preisen für Speisen & Getränke im Elements bewegen sich im gehobenen Segment, was bei der Qualität der Zutaten und dem liebevollen Umgang mit den Speisen aber vollends gerechtfertigt ist.

Das Elements bietet einmal die Woche – ich glaube es war Montags – ein Thai-Buffet an, welches man nicht verpassen sollte. Es wird schwer möglich sein auf der Insel eine ähnliche Vielfalt von den verschiedensten Thailändischen Spezialitäten zu finden.

Hinzu kommt das alles neben der gelungenen optischen Präsentation auch noch fantastisch schmeckt und dies bei einem für ein fünf Sterne Haus sehr wohlwollenden Preis.

Ich kann jedem Hotelgast, aber auch Besuchern nur empfehlen sich einmal im Elements verwöhnen zu lassen.

The Elements is also a restaurant on the ground of the Pullman Arcadia – it is the one where the morning breakfast takes place.

The breakfast here is incredibly rich – there are the classics such as American or English Breakfast almost every type of eggs, there are salads, Sushi, fish and salmon, many Thai dishes, daily fresh ham from the oven, a large selection of homemade bread, sweet patisserie, fruits, and much more.

Chef Sorn is the lead chef in this area, a Thai with international experience and a true all-round talent. He is responsible for all the delicacies the Elements has to offer on the à la carte menu. It offers both Thai cuisine and some Western food such as spare ribs, César salad, burgers, sandwiches and much more.

In addition, there are different theme evenings, such as the seafood BBQ or a special Thai dinner. The Thai dishes at Elements are authentic, visual highlights and tasted fantastic throughout.

The Element team also conjures up the desserts for all restaurants and events at the Arcadia – in other words, all the little chocolate treats that are waiting in the rooms as a surprise for the guests come from the Elements kitchen.

Since I have our daily breakfast in this area, for me at least, the atmosphere at night is lacking. However, the friendly and professional service of the many hard-working staff and the delicious food makes up for this. The prices for food and drinks at Elements are in the upper segment, which is completely justified by the quality of the ingredients and the loving handling of the food.

The Elements offers once a week – I think it was on Mondays – a Thai buffet that should not be missed. It will be hard to find a similar variety of different Thai specialties on the island.

In addition to the successful optical presentation, everything tastes fantastic and this at a very favourable price for a five star house.

I can recommend to every hotel guest, but also to visitors who wish to be pampered in the Elements.
