I visited the Let`s Sea Restaurant on the recommendation of a good friend from Hua Hin – in fact, I stayed at the resort. It soon turned out that the proximity to this very good restaurant was a big advantage and this was not only due to the discount for resort guests.

The restaurant has an excellent reputation and exceptionally good service, the employees are all friendly, open and also speak an excellent English. The Let`s Sea Restaurant is located directly on the beach, slightly elevated so that you have a great view of the sea and yet can enjoy the gentle sea breeze.

The cuisine is very broadly based – you will find Thai dishes as well as all kinds of western dishes of the highest standard. The special approach here is that everything – especially the Thai classics – is prepared in a very special way for the eye and palate. ” A treat for the eyes” is still lived here – all dishes are real eye-catchers and you can taste the high quality of each ingredient.

The resort’s breakfast is served à la carte every morning in the Let`s Sea Restaurant. The menu is offered in the style of a daily magazine and the selection is powerful, with all the dishes on offer being temptingly good. The day starts with a glass of champagne and ends with a dessert. My previous favourite was the steamed pumpkin with pudding filling, a traditional Thai dessert – super delicious and something very special.

The kitchen, but also the bar is always ready to realize even unusual wishes or changes in recipes – of course only as far as this is possible with “board means”. Basically, this is not necessary, because the culinary quality of this place is enchanting and unparalleled. A wish that was fulfilled here came from the bar – I got a San Francisco, a non-alcoholic classic that I knew from my childhood.

I can recommend the Let`s Sea Restaurant to everyone – it is simply impressive what the owner has created here – you can enjoy the highest culinary level, very relaxed – my compliments for this!
