Pot Luck Club Cape Town

We discovered the Pot Luck Club in Cape Town when we were looking for the restaurant “The Test Kitchen” – one of the best 50 restaurants worldwide. At the time of our visit both restaurants were run by the same owner. Unfortunately, The Test Kitchen was still closed – in retrospect a lucky coincidence, because the food and especially the bright atmosphere of the Pot Luck Club fascinated us deeply. Tasos Andriotis is one of the most famous chefs in Greece. Just a few days ago, he and his team received the Award of Modern Greek Cuisine 2022 in Thessaloniki. EL Gaucho

Some time ago I visited with a good Bangkok friend the El Gaucho Bangkok – the “branch” not far from the Grand Mercure ASOKE…right next to Terminal 21. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very inviting and authentic, you felt right at home and almost like in a Argentina steakhouse.
