Goal: Herbal freshness for salads & bowls.
Ingredients: 100 ml cucumber juice, 50 ml rapeseed oil, 10 ml apple cider vinegar, 0.3 mg Pinene, 0.2 mg Caryophyllene.
Preparation: Incorporate natural aroma compounds into the oil, then emulsify.
Sensory profile: Green, spicy, focusing.
